Questions before you choose
Can I customise my building?
Yes. We offer made-to-measure buildings, with options depending on the range. We will confirm your size, layout and chosen specification before manufacture.
Can I visit before ordering?
Yes. Visit our Telford showroom to see display buildings and discuss your ideas. The showroom page has current opening hours and visit details.
Is everything included in the price?
Your quotation sets out the agreed scope. Check the base, options and any site work as well as the building itself. Where an electrical package is included, the main supply connection is a separate consideration.
Connection of the garden room to the main property electrical supply is not included unless expressly stated within the quotation. This work can be quoted separately if required, subject to a site survey and the requirements of our electrical contractor.
